Step 1: Teachers need to fill out the online IJAS Information Form by October 2, 2017. Note: This is where you will indicate the role your students will play while at IJAS (competitor, observer, etc.)
Step 2: Request registration Fees from your administration. These fees must be mailed to arrive no later than November 1. If you need an invoice, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of students and adults that will be attending and I will create one to send to you. School Registration Fee is $15 and Student/Adult Fees are $9.00/per person to help cover breakfast, lunch, and snack fees.
Checks are to be made payable to Indiana Academy of Science and mailed to Tina Gilliland, Outreach Liaison (see above).
Step 3: Register your School by filling out the online School Registration Form
Step 4: Teachers must register by filling out the online Teacher Registration Form by October 10, 2017.
Step 5: All Students (competitors and observers) must register by filling out the online Student Registration Form by October 20, 2017.
Step 6: Parents and Students together must fill out the online Talent Consent Form by October 20, 2017.
